Due to the perishable nature of our cakes and floral arrangements, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution. Gift baskets may be eligible for returns if the individual items are unopened and in their original packaging.

4. Product Accuracy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall GiftBasket, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
